ALKO Hotels is currently hiring for a part time night auditor at the Candlewood Suites Eugene-Springfield Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Operate phone systems to answer calls and transfer them to the appropriate department or individual
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate records
- Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions
- Prepare reports summarizing daily activities and financial data Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive guest experience by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate records.
Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, handling inquiries, operating phone systems, processing payments, and balancing financial transactions. To succeed in this role, you should have previous customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
