Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless overnight operations at our hotel. This energetic position combines guest relations, administrative duties, and security responsibilities to deliver exceptional service and maintain the safety and integrity of our property. As a Night Auditor, you'll be the first point of contact for late-night guests and a key player in upholding our high standards of hospitality management. Your proactive approach will help create a welcoming environment while ensuring all financial and operational procedures are accurately completed during the overnight shift. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during the night shift with professionalism and warmth Handle check-ins, check-outs, and resolve guest inquiries efficiently using hotel management systems Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including billing, reservations, and account adjustments Monitor security cameras and perform routine inspections to ensure safety and security of the property Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to address guest needs or escalate issues promptly Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile daily financial activities accurately Support front desk operations by providing exceptional guest services, including handling special requests and resolving complaints Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles, preferably in a front desk or night audit capacity Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and resort environments to deliver top-tier hospitality experiences Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and hotel management software is highly desirable Excellent attention to detail for financial audits and recordkeeping; ability to work independently during overnight hours Previous hotel experience emphasizing guest relations and security protocols is preferred Ability to remain energetic, positive, and professional during late-night hours while managing multiple tasks Join us as a Night Auditor and be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences around the clock!
