Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and personable Night Auditor to join our hospitality team at the Hampton Inn by Hilton in Redmond, Oregon. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring consistent guest satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality and the delivery of exceptional experiences to our guests as visitors of Central Oregon. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide recommendations to guests and answer potential inquiries. Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are posted accurately. Work with other overnight team members to ensure property is clean, secure and prepped for the next day. Utilize available technology to effectively manage incoming communication and assist guests with reservations or inquiries. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a professional appearance. Experience Previous experience in Guest Services - specifically Night Audit - is preferred. Familiarity with hotel management software and technology as a whole is advantageous. Strong communication skills and etiquette are an essential element of the position to ensure seamless interactions with guests and coworkers.
