Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure seamless overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift at the front desk, manage guest accounts, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Your proactive approach will help maintain the safety, security, and efficiency of our hotel while providing a welcoming environment for our guests during their late-night hours. Duties Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries Monitor security systems and perform routine safety checks to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff Respond to guest requests with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring their needs are met efficiently Balance cash drawers, prepare reports, and document all nightly activities accurately Handle multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette while directing calls appropriately Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation records and maintaining guest files Skills Basic computer skills and knowledge Microsoft Office programs. Experience with night audit procedures and front desk responsibilities in a hotel or resort setting Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Exceptional guest relations skills combined with professional phone etiquette Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality and security Join us in delivering outstanding guest experiences around the clock!
