Night Auditor

The Night Auditor is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest's stay which can include multitasking, and performing the following duties in a manner that reflects our property's vision, mission, and core values.

Compensation:

$17 hourly

Responsibilities:

Perform basic maintenance, housekeeping, or laundry tasks to address immediate guest needs. Handle reservations via phone, email, or in person, including individual and group bookings. Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments, ensuring a positive first impression. Prepare and distribute nightly reports, ensuring accurate financial and operational records. Process payments, generate invoices, and balance transactions at the end of each shift.

Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach. Hospitality experience preferred but not required—applicants at all experience levels are welcome. Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
