Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all accounts. Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues efficiently to enhance guest satisfaction. Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks around the property to maintain a secure environment. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation for management review. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and facility concerns during the night shift. Skills Strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations, with previous hotel experience preferred. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Proficiency in front desk software, multi-line phone systems, and hotel management systems. Knowledge of night audit procedures, guest services protocols, and hotel security practices. Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills to handle guest inquiries confidently. Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
