Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a part-time Hotel Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations. In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift at the front desk, manage guest accounts, and uphold exceptional guest services while maintaining the safety and security of the hotel property. Your multilingual skills and hospitality expertise will help create a welcoming environment for diverse guests, ensuring their overnight experience is smooth, secure, and memorable. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the backbone of our hotel's overnight operations, providing excellent customer service and operational support during the quiet hours of the night. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing outstanding guest services with professionalism and enthusiasm Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management systems, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations Monitor and reconcile daily financial transactions, including cash handling and account adjustments Conduct detailed night audits to verify all daily revenue postings, room charges, and account activities for accuracy Manage multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, responding promptly to guest inquiries and internal communications Maintain security by monitoring CCTV footage, conducting property inspections, and ensuring safety protocols are followed Prepare comprehensive shift reports detailing nightly activities, incidents, and financial summaries for management review Assist with guest requests or issues that arise during overnight hours to ensure guest satisfaction and safety Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably including night audit responsibilities Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from various backgrounds Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and front desk procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly yet professional demeanor Familiarity with guest relations, phone etiquette, multi-line phone systems, and hotel security protocols Previous experience working in a resort or similar hospitality environment is highly desirable Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality and security Join us as a Hotel Night Auditor PT and become an essential part of creating exceptional guest experiences around the clock!
