Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Hotel Night Auditor to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will oversee overnight front desk operations, ensure accurate financial reconciliation, and provide outstanding guest services during the night shift. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a seamless experience for our guests while maintaining the smooth functioning of hotel operations after hours. Responsibilities Manage late-night front desk activities, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and account management Monitor security systems and perform safety checks to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, or emergencies with a positive attitude and effective problem-solving skills Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure operational transparency Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight issues or special requests Handle multi-line phone systems using proper phone etiquette to assist guests and communicate with team members efficiently Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests from diverse backgrounds; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems Knowledge of hospitality best practices, guest relations, and hotel safety procedures Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism Join us as a Night Auditor to be an integral part of our team's success!
