Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure seamless overnight operations at our hotel. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact during the night shift, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the safety and security of our property. Your enthusiasm and hospitality expertise will help create a welcoming environment for our guests even after hours, setting the tone for their entire stay. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hotel management skills while working in a lively, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures during overnight hours Manage front desk operations, including handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations records Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude and effective solutions Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols of common areas, and controlling access to the property Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers Support guest relations by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services in multiple languages if applicable Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, especially within front desk or guest services roles Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Familiarity with phone etiquette, multi-line phone systems, and resort environments is preferred Ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly while maintaining professionalism during late-night hours Previous hotel experience or background in hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is essential Embark on a rewarding journey in hospitality where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences.
