Summary As a Guest Service Representative/Night Auditor, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience during night shifts. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, your core responsibilities will include managing front desk operations, handling guest inquiries, and performing night audits. Your expertise in hospitality management and multilingual communication will enhance guest relations and satisfaction. With a focus on professionalism and attention to detail, you will contribute to our hotel's reputation for excellence in service and hospitality. Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service at the front desk. Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently while ensuring accurate account handling. Conduct night audits, balancing daily transactions and preparing reports. Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating strong communication skills. Utilize HOTEL KEY and multi-line phone systems to assist guests and manage reservations. Uphold hospitality standards to enhance the guest experience and foster repeat visits.
