This role bridges financial accountability with exceptional guest service, requiring a detail-oriented, adaptable individual comfortable working overnight hours. Responsibilities:
Performing all front desk related functions during the night shift Balancing accounts, processing invoices, and preparing reports Checking in late-night arrivals and ensuring guest satisfaction Securing the premises and monitoring for any unusual activity Handling guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
Requirements:
Prior experience in hotel front desk operations is preferred Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Good communication skills and customer service orientation Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
