>. The Night Auditor plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, providing exceptional guest services during overnight hours, and maintaining smooth hotel operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be multilingual or bilingual, and have previous hotel or front desk experience. Responsibilities Perform nightly audit procedures in FOSSE to verify and balance daily financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments. Prepare and review daily reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all financial data. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours with professionalism and courtesy. Address guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide exceptional guest services to enhance overall guest satisfaction. Maintain the security of the hotel premises during night hours by monitoring surveillance systems and conducting regular safety checks. Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest requests, and coordinate with other departments as needed. Ensure front desk area remains organized, clean, and welcoming for guests arriving or departing during the night shift. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and updating guest records as required. Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in hotel night audit and/or front desk operations is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests effectively. Knowledge of night audit procedures, hotel operations, and resort environments is advantageous. Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems. Ability to work overnight shifts reliably in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive financial information accurately. Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for representing the hotel brand during night hours. This role is essential in maintaining the integrity of hotel operations overnight while delivering outstanding service to our guests at the Courtyard by Marriott North Charleston Airport/Coliseum.
