Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Full Time Night Auditor, where you will be the vital link between our guests and the hotel's operational excellence during overnight hours. In this energetic role, you will ensure smooth nighttime operations, provide outstanding guest services, and maintain the integrity of financial and administrative records. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will create a welcoming environment for guests arriving or departing during the night shift, while also supporting the front desk team with essential duties. Responsibilities Oversee nightly hotel operations, including check-ins and check-outs for late arrivals and early departures Verify guest reservations, process payments, and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and security Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a friendly demeanor Conduct detailed audits of daily financial transactions, ensuring all records are accurate and complete Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, offering information and assistance to callers in multiple languages if needed Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and maintenance requests to ensure seamless communication between departments Support front desk functions such as handling guest requests, providing local information, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in night audit or front desk roles Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of hotel management software systems and basic accounting principles for night audit procedures Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision while maintaining high energy levels Previous hotel experience in resort or similar hospitality settings is preferred Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences around the clock! Pay:
$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
