Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate records
- Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions
- Prepare reports for management regarding occupancy rates, revenue, and other relevant data
- Ensure the security of guest information and maintain confidentiality
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required Please note that this is a night shift position, typically starting in the late evening and ending in the early morning.
