Hotel Night Auditor

Job description Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team. As the overnight point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth late-night operations, handling guest inquiries, and performing essential financial audits to maintain accurate hotel records. Responsibilities Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests during late check-ins Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism Perform nightly audits, reconcile daily transactions, and generate reports Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and process payments Answer and direct phone calls appropriately Monitor hotel security and ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Assist with reservations, room assignments, and front desk duties as needed Shift availability: 11PM - 7AM Qualifications & Experience Previous experience in a front desk, guest services, or night audit role preferred Familiarity with hotel management systems and financial reconciliation Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work independently and handle overnight responsibilities Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus Experience in a resort or hospitality setting is beneficial Joining our team as a Night Auditor offers a great opportunity to gain experience in hotel operations while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
