This energetic position combines the responsibilities of front desk management, guest services, and financial reconciliation, all while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for our guests. As a Night Auditor, you'll be the first point of contact during the overnight shift, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our property. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help us deliver memorable experiences around the clock! Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures during the night shift, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, financial transactions, and reservations to ensure accuracy and completeness Monitor security systems, perform safety checks around the property, and respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to facilitate seamless handovers to morning staff Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns professionally and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the overnight hours Uphold hotel policies on phone etiquette, guest confidentiality, and security protocols to maintain high standards of hospitality management Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued Knowledge of night audit procedures, hotel management software, and multi-line phone systems Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and guest interactions Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining alertness and attention to detail Prior experience working in resorts or similar hospitality settings is preferred Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Night Auditor and become an essential part of our vibrant hospitality team!
