Job Description
Front Desk Receptionist & Night Auditor 226 North Thompson Lane, Murfreesboro, TN 37129 Part-time, Full-time Part-time, Full-time Comfort Suites- Murfreesboro, Tn
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs appropriately
- Operate hotel switchboard, take calls and provide information, make reservations and handle guest needs.
- Manage accurate accounting of all rooms
- Answer queries regarding the hotel's services, charges
- Balance cash at the end of the shift and generate accounting reports for the benefit of the next shift.
- Requirements
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- Must be sales-minded
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Must have dependable transportation to and from work
- Must be professional and courteous
- Computer literate, ability to operate all Front desk equipment
- Previous hotel knowledge preferred but will train the right person.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ANY SHIFTS AS NEEDED
7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm- 7amMUST BE FLEXABLE AND OPEN TO WORK ANY DAY OF THE WEEK INCLUDING HOLIDAY'S
