Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures during overnight hours Manage guest accounts, process payments, and handle billing inquiries accurately and efficiently Conduct nightly audits of hotel transactions to ensure financial accuracy and reporting integrity Utilize

to complete night audit procedures, balance reports, and update reservations Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, or emergencies with professionalism and effective problem-solving skills Answer multi-line phone systems with professional etiquette, directing calls appropriately and providing information as needed Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure smooth handovers between shifts

Experience & Qualifications Required:

Prior experience using

OPERA PMS

(Property Management System) Proven experience in hotel operations, preferably in a front desk or night audit role Strong customer service skills with a passion for guest relations and creating memorable experiences Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on guest interaction and phone etiquette Previous experience in resort or similar hospitality environments is advantageous Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of professionalism Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality during the quiet hours of the night.
