In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift at the front desk, manage guest accounts, handle administrative tasks, and provide outstanding customer service to ensure our guests feel welcomed and cared for throughout their stay. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing friendly and professional customer service at all times Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while verifying reservations and billing details Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy of financial transactions and updating records accordingly Handle all incoming phone calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, addressing guest inquiries or directing calls appropriately Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and hotel property Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to maintain accurate records of overnight activities Assist with guest relations by resolving issues promptly and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors during nighttime hours Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Excellent communication skills with knowledge of phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high attention to detail Familiarity with hotel management software and basic accounting principles related to night audits Previous hotel experience in resort or similar hospitality environments is preferred Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for hospitality makes a difference!
