Help Create a Great Guest Experience. Competitive Hourly Pay + Overtime Opportunities As a Hotel Self Park Lot Auditor , you help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming parking environment for hotel guests and visitors. From assisting customers and monitoring the lot to handling payments and maintaining accurate records, you play an important role in daily parking operations. This role is ideal for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. What You'll Do Assist guests with parking questions and payment transactions Issue tickets and handle payments accurately and responsibly Monitor parking areas to ensure safety, organization, and policy compliance Record vehicle and parking information accurately Complete shift logs and basic reporting documentation Keep parking areas, booths, and equipment clean and organized Report suspicious activity, safety concerns, or maintenance issues Communicate effectively with team members using radios and other tools Maintain professional appearance, punctuality, and guest-focused service What You Need High school diploma or GED Customer service experience preferred, but not required Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record (No more than 3 moving violations within 3 years) Ability to pass a background check Comfortable standing, walking, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Will:
Employment with PMC is on an at-will basis, meaning either the employee or the employer may end the employment relationship at any time, for any reason, with or without cause or notice, in accordance with applicable laws.
