In this vital role, you'll be the guardian of guest satisfaction during nighttime hours, managing front desk operations, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining accurate financial records. Your multilingual skills and hospitality expertise will help create a welcoming environment for diverse guests, making every stay exceptional. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hotel management talents while working in a vibrant resort setting. Responsibilities Oversee overnight front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm Conduct nightly audit procedures to verify and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in all reports and records Provide exceptional guest services by addressing concerns, offering local recommendations, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the night Manage multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and professionally Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting routine property checks, and responding promptly to any incidents or emergencies Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers to daytime staff Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation systems and managing guest accounts in accordance with hotel policies Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued Knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems for efficient communication and record keeping Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills to foster a welcoming atmosphere during overnight hours Ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times Previous hotel experience in resort or similar hospitality environments is preferred Flexibility to work overnight shifts and adapt to changing priorities within a fast-paced setting Embark on a rewarding journey where your hospitality expertise makes a difference!
