Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure seamless overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. This vital role combines administrative precision with guest relations, providing a welcoming atmosphere during the quiet hours of the night. As a Night Auditor, you'll be the first line of support for late-night guests, manage front desk responsibilities, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality management. Duties Conduct nightly audits of all hotel transactions, including billing, payments, and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during overnight hours with professionalism and warmth Manage front desk operations using multi-line phone systems, including answering inquiries, making reservations, and providing guest information with excellent phone etiquette Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and maintain positive guest relations to foster loyalty and satisfaction Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks around the property during your shift Prepare detailed shift reports documenting activities, incidents, and financial transactions for management review Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs efficiently while maintaining a safe environment Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel experience with a focus on guest services and front desk operations Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures to ensure smooth financial reconciliation Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems in a courteous manner Ability to multitask efficiently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail Exceptional guest relations skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that enhances guest experiences Familiarity with resort environments or large hotel properties is preferred to navigate complex operations seamlessly Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for hospitality management makes every guest's stay memorable.
