This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift, providing excellent guest service while managing front desk responsibilities and performing nightly audits. Responsibilities Perform nightly audits of hotel operations and financial transactions. Ensure accurate posting of charges to guest accounts and maintain financial records. Provide exceptional customer service to guests during check-in and check-out processes. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the hotel. Requirements Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or night auditing preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
