Position Summary This role is responsible for overseeing front desk operations during overnight hours while ensuring accuracy in daily financial reporting and maintaining a seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate is dependable, detailoriented, and capable of working independently during late-night shifts. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-ins and check-outs Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and a servicefocused mindset Answer and manage phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner Complete night audit procedures, including balancing reports and reconciling daily transactions Perform all assigned overnight shift duties accurately and on time Maintain a secure, organized, and welcoming front desk environment Qualifications 1-3 years of hospitality experience preferred Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn hotel systems Professional, friendly, and dependable demeanor Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong phone etiquette Prior front desk or receptionist experience preferred Basic accounting or auditing knowledge is a plus High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and work independently overnight High school diploma or equivalent required Schedule Overnight Night Audit shift: 11:00 PM•7:00 AM Weekends and holidays are required Additional Requirements Reliable transportation to and from work Authorization to work in the United States Three (3) professional references required Serious applicants only Application Process Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply by submitting their resume through
