NIGHT AUDITOR

Night Auditor position, prefer experienced due to the level of responsibility however, we are willing to invest in training. Night Auditor works at the front desk at Wyndham Hotel-El Paso Airport during the night. Night Auditor ensures that the integrity, comfort, trust and quality are maintained above and beyond the hotel's brand standards during this shift same as day shift.

• Presents to work well-groomed representing self and hotel.
• Arrives before scheduled shift
• Welcome guests with a smile and friendly manner during check-in process, while distributing room keys and explaining the various hotel amenities
• Ability to use a computer
• Manage online, phone and in-person room reservations
• Verify guest payment cards and identification cards at all times
• Process payments for guests and present receipts to them for services rendered
• Night Auditor is responsible for balancing the accounts from day shift staff
• Night Auditor is responsible for preparing deposits after day shift accounts are balanced
• Night Auditor is responsible for having deposits completed by end of shift
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up calls and other concierge activities according to guest preference
• Respond to guest issues and complaints in a professional, courteous and timely manner
• Explain local amenities and attractions to guests
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and remain calm under pressure
• Maintains a professional relationship with a department director, coworkers, guests, contractors and representatives
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull and lift up to 30 pounds
• Maintains highest standards for work areas and appearance
