Job Overview We are seeking an adaptable, detail-oriented, and dependable Front Desk Representative. This position is the perfect fit for an independent problem-solver who enjoys working autonomously while delivering exceptional customer service. Because hospitality never sleeps, schedule flexibility is a primary requirement for this role . The ideal candidate must be available to work rotating overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays, and be willing to step in for coverage when unexpected operational needs arise. Key Responsibilities Guest Service & Front Desk Operations Greet, check-in, and check-out late-night and early-morning guests with a professional demeanor. Manage phone systems, handle walk-in reservations, and resolve overnight guest requests or complaints promptly. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to handle emergency room changes or maintenance issues. Financial Reconciliation & Reporting Audit, verify, and balance daily revenue transactions from all property outlets. Balance cash drawers, process credit card transactions, and investigate out-of-balance folios. Run end-of-day (EOD) closing reports and prepare the daily business summary for management. Safety & Security Oversight Monitor property safety, complete security walkthroughs, and adhere strictly to emergency procedures. Act as the sole point of contact for safety, emergency personnel, and guest security during the overnight hours.
