Dalwadi Hospitality Management - Immediate Night Auditor Position Are you a night owl who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you excel at providing exceptional guest service even during the late hours? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Night Auditor at Dalwadi Hospitality Management. The Night Auditor at Dalwadi Hospitality Management serves as the primary point of contact for guests during the night shift, ensuring a seamless experience while upholding brand standards. As part of our dynamic team, you will have the chance to learn valuable skills in hospitality management and customer service.
Essential Duties:
Check in guests efficiently and warmly, ensuring accurate room assignments and rates Handle guest check-outs, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism Operate hotel phone system, handle reservations, and provide assistance to guests Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts Conduct security walks and ensure compliance with safety procedures Generate audit reports, communicate effectively with team members, and maintain a high level of performance
Requirements:
Strong customer service skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Excellent communication and attention to detail Capacity to multitask and show initiative
