Our Front Desk Department serves as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome, efficient check-in and check-out process, and prompt assistance throughout their stay. We are currently seeking a friendly, customer-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Providing customer service to patients and families on the phone and in online chat.
  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Perform efficient check-in and check-out processes, accurately entering guest information into the system and verifying reservation details.
  • Provide knowledgeable information about the property's facilities, services, and local attractions to assist guests in making the most of their stay.
  • Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise.

  • Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to fulfill guest requests and ensure smooth operations.

  • Upsell additional services, amenities, and upgrades to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
