The starting rate will be $16/hour , as Justyn mentioned. Ideally, we are seeking someone with prior hotel front desk or night audit experience, and Hilton PEP experience would be a big plus if applicable. This role is responsible for overnight guest service, completing the audit process, handling check-ins/check-outs, responding to guest needs, and ensuring the hotel is set up properly for the morning team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting the audit process to verify the accuracy of financial transactions. Managing the front desk, assisting late-night check-ins, and addressing guest inquiries. Performing end-of-day accounting tasks and reconciling daily revenue. Monitoring security cameras and ensuring the safety and security of the premises. Handling any guest concerns or emergencies that may arise during the night.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records Commitment to excellent guest service, including overnight hours Ability to stay calm and resolve issues efficiently Comfortable using hotel systems and accounting software

Additional Requirements:
