In this vital role, you will ensure the smooth overnight operations of our hotel, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining accurate financial records. Your energetic and detail-oriented approach will help create a welcoming environment for our guests during the quiet hours of the night, ensuring their safety and satisfaction. Duties Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously during overnight hours Verify guest reservations, update billing information, and handle special requests with professionalism Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including cash handling, credit card processing, and account reconciliations Maintain accurate records of guest stays, payments, and incident reports to ensure data integrity Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues effectively Monitor security cameras and perform safety checks around the property to ensure guest and staff safety Prepare detailed shift reports highlighting any incidents or irregularities for management review Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, especially in front desk or guest services roles Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to handle phone etiquette professionally and communicate fluently in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual preferred) Familiarity with night audit procedures, guest relations, and hotel security protocols Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping Flexibility to work overnight shifts in a resort or hotel environment that values hospitality excellence This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences.
