Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Night Auditor to join our team in Hilton Garden Inn Round Rock for Friday and Saturday Nights! This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of overnight front desk activities, guest account management, and maintaining the highest standards of guest service during nighttime hours. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle guest relations with professionalism and courtesy. Bilingual abilities and experience with hotel management systems, PEP, are highly valued to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Conduct nightly audit procedures to verify and balance guest accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial transactions Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, and emergencies with professionalism and a focus on guest satisfaction Maintain accurate records of daily transactions, reservations, and billing information using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Prepare reports on daily revenue, occupancy, and other key metrics for management review Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff by adhering to hotel policies and safety protocols Assist with late-night reservations, cancellations, or modifications as needed Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with guests over the phone or in person Skills Strong background in hospitality management, hotel operations, or front desk services Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience with night audit procedures and hotel management software systems Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and proficiency in multi-line phone systems Ability to handle guest relations professionally while managing multiple tasks efficiently during overnight hours Knowledge of resort operations or large hotel environments is a plus Capable of working independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
