In this vital role, you will be the first line of support during the night shift, managing guest relations, maintaining hotel operations, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will help uphold our reputation for exceptional guest service and smooth hotel functioning through the overnight hours. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries during the night shift, providing friendly and efficient customer service. Manage front desk operations, including handling multi-line phone systems, reservations, and guest requests with professionalism. Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and account management. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile daily financial activities to ensure all records are accurate and complete. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs or facility issues that arise overnight. Uphold hotel policies regarding guest services, phone etiquette, and hospitality standards to deliver an exceptional experience. Prepares summary of cash, check, and credit card activities, reflecting the hotel's financial performance for the day. Posts room charges and room taxes to guest accounts. Processes guest charge vouchers and credit card vouchers. Verifies all account postings and balances. Summarizes results of operations and prepares reports for management. Performs duties of the Front Desk Agent. Performs other duties as assigned. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a strong focus on guest services. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a multilingual or bilingual environment. Familiarity with front desk procedures, hotel management software, and multi-line phone systems. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and guest relations. Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high levels of professionalism. Knowledge of hotel security protocols, night audit procedures, and hospitality best practices.
