  • Part-time Job Summary As a Night Auditor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours.
This dynamic position combines accounting responsibilities with exceptional customer service, allowing you to create memorable experiences for our guests. You will be the face of our establishment at night, handling front desk operations, managing guest relations, and conducting essential audits to maintain financial accuracy. Your hospitality management skills will shine as you provide top-notch service and support to all guests. What you'll do Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in all accounts. Manage front desk operations, greeting guests warmly and assisting with check-ins and check-outs. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance their stay. Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, providing excellent phone etiquette at all times. Maintain detailed records of guest services and transactions throughout your shift. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring every guest feels valued and welcomed. Assist in preparing reports for management regarding occupancy rates and revenue. Basic qualifications Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality. Experience in hotel management or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in night audit processes and accounting principles. Preferred qualifications Bilingual or multilingual abilities to enhance guest interactions. Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services within a resort setting. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and effective communication techniques.
