As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for late-night arrivals and departures, delivering a positive experience that encourages guest loyalty and satisfaction. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help uphold our high standards of hospitality excellence during the overnight shift. Duties Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during the night shift with professionalism and warmth Check guests in and out efficiently while verifying reservations, billing, and payment details accurately Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest inquiries, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring all accounts are balanced and discrepancies are resolved promptly Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting room inspections, and controlling access to the property Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation for management review Provide exceptional guest services by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay Skills Strong background in hospitality management with experience in hotel operations or front desk roles Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Knowledge of hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette standards Ability to handle guest relations professionally while managing multiple responsibilities during overnight hours Familiarity with night audit procedures, hotel security protocols, and guest services best practices Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant hospitality environment where your energy and dedication make a real difference.
