In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving late, handling guest inquiries, managing reservations, and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will contribute to creating a welcoming environment that leaves a lasting positive impression on our guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills while working overnight shifts in a vibrant resort or hotel setting. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests during late-night hours with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive guest experience. Check-in and check-out guests efficiently using hotel management software, verifying reservations and billing details. Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and provide accurate information about hotel services and amenities. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring all transactions are correctly recorded and balanced. Prepare detailed shift reports, including incident logs, guest requests, and financial summaries for management review. Handle guest concerns or complaints with empathy and resolve issues swiftly to maintain high customer service standards. Support front desk operations by managing reservations, updating guest profiles, and coordinating special requests as needed. Skills Strong background in hospitality management with experience in hotel operations or resort environments. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and a focus on guest satisfaction. Proficiency in hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and front desk software. Knowledge of night audit procedures, guest relations, and hotel accounting practices. Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills to handle inquiries professionally.
