  • Part-time Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our hospitality team.
The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight shift. This position involves managing front desk responsibilities, conducting night audits, and providing exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills and be able to handle various tasks efficiently while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in billing and guest accounts. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries. Provide outstanding guest relations by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and occupancy rates. Prepare daily reports on hotel performance metrics for management review. Handle phone calls with professionalism, utilizing effective phone etiquette to assist guests. Ensure the security of the hotel premises during night hours and respond to emergencies as needed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the hotel. Skills Strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations. Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing communication with diverse guests. Proficient in front desk procedures and night audit processes. Familiarity with phone systems and effective phone etiquette is essential. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high service standards.
