We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our airport operations team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our car rental business during non-business hours. The Night Auditor plays a critical role in maintaining accurate records, supporting overnight customers, and preparing the operation for the next business day. The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, comfortable working independently, and able to thrive in a fast-paced airport environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Verify the accuracy of rental agreements, contracts, and financial records. Monitor vehicle inventory and identify discrepancies. Assist customers with rental reservations, check-ins, and returns as needed. Respond to customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues promptly. Maintain communication with airport operations, customer service, and management teams. Ensure compliance with company policies, airport regulations, and security procedures. Monitor the facility during overnight hours and report any incidents or concerns. Prepare the operation for the next business day by organizing paperwork and updating systems. Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in working overnight shift preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency with computers. Ability to learn rental management software and internal systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be able to pass a background check and meet company driving requirements. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Ability to work overnight, weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as needed.
