Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during overnight hours. This position involves managing front desk operations, conducting night audits, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills and have a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. Responsibilities Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reports. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their stay. Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and billing information. Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, demonstrating strong phone etiquette. Assist with guest relations by providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery during night shifts. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality in all interactions with guests and staff. Skills Strong background in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred but not required. Experience in night audit processes is highly desirable. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing guest communication. Proficiency in front desk operations and guest services within a hotel or resort setting. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and effective phone etiquette. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive guest relations and teamwork among staff members.
