Responsibilities Manage the front desk operations during overnight shifts, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations while updating records efficiently Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs promptly, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive stay experience Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting routine inspections of common areas, and controlling access to the property Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist guests and coordinate with other departments Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure seamless communication between shifts Support guest relations by offering local information, amenities guidance, and multilingual assistance when needed Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a strong understanding of front desk functions Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that enhances guest satisfaction Familiarity with night audit procedures, hotel management software, and multi-line phone systems Strong knowledge of hospitality standards, guest services, and hotel management best practices Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle guest inquiries professionally at all hours Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high attention to detail and security protocols Fosse experience a plus Marriott experience a plus Join us as a Night Auditor and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable hospitality experiences!
