Job Overview As a Hotel Night Auditor at the Fairfield Inn and Suites, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift. You will be the friendly face that greets our late-night guests and the diligent professional who balances the day's financial transactions. Your attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills will create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable. What you'll do Perform night audits to verify and balance all financial transactions from the day's operations Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction Front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, with a warm and welcoming demeanor Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to the appropriate departments Prepare daily financial reports and maintain accurate records of transactions Ensure security protocols are followed throughout the hotel during night hours Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby Basic qualifications Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality management Experience in Hotels customer service preferred, Hilton trained already is a bonus Proficiency in night audit processes and financial reporting Why you'll love it here We are dedicated to creating an environment where our employees can flourish both personally and professionally.
