NIGHT AUDITOR Are you a night owl who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing exceptional customer service? Comfort Suites is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team!
Location:
Comfort Suites 541
Warrenton Rd Shift:
11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Weekends and holidays are
REQUIRED
As our Night Auditor, you will be responsible for: ✔ Greeting and assisting guests with check-ins and check-outs ✔ Running nightly audit reports and balancing daily transactions ✔ Posting payments and ensuring guest accounts are accurate ✔ Handling guest requests and resolving concerns professionally ✔ Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming front desk environment ✔ Communicating important information to management and the morning shift We're looking for someone who is: Reliable and punctual Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable working independently overnight Friendly with excellent customer service skills Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure ️
