  • Part-time Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations at our vibrant resort.
In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving late or checking out early, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining the integrity of our hotel management systems. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a welcoming environment that encourages guest satisfaction and operational excellence during the overnight shift. Duties Greet and assist guests arriving during nighttime hours with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression. Perform nightly audits of hotel accounts, verifying billing accuracy and reconciling daily financial transactions using hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with proactive solutions, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations while maintaining accurate records. Monitor security systems and conduct routine inspections to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and hotel property. Answer multi-line phone systems promptly with proper phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently to appropriate departments or personnel. Prepare detailed shift reports outlining financial transactions, guest issues, and operational observations to ensure smooth handovers between shifts. Also assist other departments as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles, particularly in front desk or night audit functions. Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and resort environments. Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve our diverse guest base effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette. Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is preferred. Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy.
