Job Description
We are looking for a Hotel Front Desk Clerk to serve as our guests' first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. This part-time position will be for the overnight shift, 11:00PM-7:00AM for Friday and Saturday nights; additional hours may be available during the week on other shifts if needed. If you have a knack for customer service, we'd like to meet you! Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests. Experience is preferred but not required as we will train each individual to brand standards. Responsibilities Include, but not limited to following: Operate hotel PMS system Perform all check-in and check-out tasks as required Manage online and phone reservations Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay) Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities Respond to clients' complaints in a timely and professional manner Run night-time audit reports Maintain updated records of bookings and payments Working together with other staff to ensure smooth running of each shift Carry out all reasonable requests by that of the guest, supervisor, or owner Must be able to work independently •Serious inquires only please!
