Monday - Friday 10:00 am until done (hours may vary based on operational needs)

$650.00/week

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our team. This role is responsible for verifying outbound loads using handheld technology, ensuring accuracy in product quantities, order fulfillment, and shipment integrity. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, is comfortable working with technology, and brings experience in logistics or warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify outbound delivery loads using handheld scanning devices to ensure accuracy against invoices and pick tickets Check, verify and audit selected products to ensure the count is correct and not damaged Communicate issues clearly with warehouse staff, loaders, and supervisors to ensure timely corrections Ensure compliance with company standards, safety procedures, and inventory controls Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed during downtime

Qualifications:

Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or distribution preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Comfortable using handheld devices, scanners, and warehouse management systems Basic computer proficiency Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to lift to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend and lift for extended periods

Preferred Attributes:

Experience auditing loads or inventory in a distribution environment Familiarity with beverage or consumer goods distribution Dependable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
