This energetic position combines guest relations, administrative duties, and security responsibilities to deliver exceptional service and maintain the safety and integrity of our property. As a Night Auditor, you will be the friendly face welcoming late-night arrivals and providing support to guests during the quiet hours, all while managing essential financial and administrative tasks to keep our hotel running smoothly. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests arriving during overnight hours with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries, ensuring a warm and professional experience. Manage front desk operations using multi-line phone systems, including answering calls with excellent phone etiquette and directing guest requests efficiently. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, verifying charges, updating records, and preparing financial reports to ensure accuracy. Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, performing visual inspections of the property, and controlling access points to safeguard guests and staff. Handle guest complaints or issues promptly with a positive attitude, striving to resolve concerns and enhance guest satisfaction. Document all shift activities through detailed reports, incident logs, and audit summaries to ensure transparency and accountability. Support hotel management with administrative tasks such as inventory checks, reservation updates, and communication with housekeeping or maintenance teams. Skills Strong background in hospitality management with experience in hotel operations or front desk roles. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued for effective communication with diverse guests. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance. Proficiency in hotel management software, multi-line phone systems, and basic accounting or auditing procedures. Knowledge of guest relations principles, resort operations, and hospitality standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly while maintaining composure during busy or challenging moments. Familiarity with phone etiquette and security protocols to ensure safety and professionalism during overnight shifts.
