Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing friendly and professional customer service throughout their stay Check-in and check-out guests efficiently using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations Monitor guest accounts for discrepancies, process payments, and generate detailed audit reports at the end of each shift Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, or complaints with a positive attitude and effective solutions Conduct security checks of the property, including CCTV surveillance, to ensure safety and security during overnight hours Handle phone calls using multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries or reservations appropriately Maintain accurate records of all transactions, incidents, and shift activities to support daily operations and audits Skills Strong background in hospitality management with previous hotel experience preferred Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests effectively Proficiency in hotel management systems and front desk operations is essential Knowledge of night audit procedures, including financial reconciliation and reporting Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment This role is perfect for individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive during nighttime hours.
