Job Summary Join our hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where you'll be the vigilant guardian of overnight operations, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our guests. In this role, you will oversee the night shift, handle guest inquiries, and maintain accurate hotel records. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute to a seamless guest experience while supporting the overall management of our hotel. Duties Greet and assist guests arriving during the night shift with professionalism and warmth, providing exceptional guest services. Conduct nightly audits of front desk transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and account balances. Ensure completion of assigned tasks during the overnight working hours. Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing guest questions and internal communications efficiently. Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks around the property to ensure guest and staff safety. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and other needed reports to support daily operations. Handle guest requests or complaints promptly, demonstrating strong customer service skills and fostering positive guest relations. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight issues or special requests. Prepare breakfast to ensure a smooth transition to the AM Breakfast Attendant and ensure guests have access to the provided amenities within a timely manner. Qualifications Previous hotel experience is highly preferred. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant advantage for communicating with diverse guests. Knowledge of hotel operations, front desk procedures, and guest services is a plus. Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems. Ability to work overnight shifts 11pm - 7am Ability to handle guest relations with tact, diplomacy, and enthusiasm. Familiarity with hotel management software or property management systems is a plus.
