In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact during overnight hours, ensuring seamless guest experiences while maintaining the safety and security of the property. Your energetic approach will help uphold our commitment to exceptional guest services, hospitality excellence, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is highly organized, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment that values attention to detail and proactive problem-solving. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures during overnight hours Manage front desk operations including reservations, guest inquiries, and billing processes with professionalism and enthusiasm Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and record-keeping Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, or emergencies with a positive attitude and effective solutions Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting property inspections, and controlling access points Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, providing information and directing calls with courteous phone etiquette Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure smooth handovers between shifts Skills Strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations with previous hotel experience preferred Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and guest-focused attitude Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively Proficiency in front desk operations, including reservation systems and guest relations management Knowledge of night audit procedures, hotel management software, and multi-line phone systems Exceptional communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and clear verbal interactions Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks efficiently in a resort or hotel setting Join us as a Night Auditor to deliver memorable guest experiences around the clock!
