Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure smooth overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift at the front desk, manage guest accounts, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Your multilingual skills and hospitality management expertise will help create a welcoming environment for diverse guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and warmth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact during the overnight hours, maintaining the integrity and safety of our resort or hotel property. Duties Monitor hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately and efficiently Check-in and check-out guests with a focus on providing friendly, bilingual service that caters to a diverse clientele Manage guest accounts, process payments, and reconcile daily financial transactions using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Conduct routine security checks of the property, including CCTV surveillance and physical inspections to maintain safety standards Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, or complaints via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit reports to ensure accurate record-keeping for management review Collaborate with front desk staff and other departments to facilitate seamless guest services and resolve any issues efficiently Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a strong understanding of guest services and hotel procedures Bilingual proficiency in English and at least one additional language to enhance guest relations and communication Expertise in night audit functions, including financial reconciliation and account management Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters guest satisfaction Strong knowledge of front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests, team members, and emergency responders Join us as a Hotel Night Auditor if you're passionate about hospitality management and eager to deliver memorable guest experiences during the overnight hours.
