Year Round-Night Auditor/Front Desk Clerk

This position in perfect for someone who is a night owl. The hours are typically 10pm to 6am. Accurately and efficiently verify all accounting activity taken place during the day in accordance with the managements account and credit policies and procedures. Responsible for the accurate compilation of all reports for management's review the next day. Review room and tax postings on computer for accuracy. Correcting any accounting errors. Knowledge of basic arithmetic to accurately balance reports is a must. Promptly, warmly and courteously service the guests and ensure the quality and efficient service during the third shift business operations. Responsible for all front desk functions including check-in's and check-outs, payments, reservations, answering phones.
